Portugal got past Italy in the quarter-finals. Dany Mota scored twice to put them 2-0 up and Gonçalo Ramos scored to make it 3-1, but they conceded a late equaliser to take it to extra time.
Italy had a man sent off and Portugal took advantage, goals to Jota and Francisco Conceição securing a 5-3 victory.
