Poland take on Netherlands in the final UEFA Nations League group game on Wednesday. Both teams still have a chance of qualifying for the next round of the competition with a win in the contest.

Poland Form

Poland’s form has been solid of late, despite losing their most recent match against Italy in the UEFA Nations League.

They have won four of their last six matches in all competitions, but have had a mixed bag of results in the UEFA Nations League of late.

Poland drew 0-0 at home to Italy before then beating Bosnia-Herzegovina 3-0 at home in their next group game.

Last time out, however, they were beaten 2-0 by Italy. Goals from Jorginho and Domenico Berardi leave Italy in pole position heading into the final matchday of the competition.

Poland Team News

Jacek Góralski will be unavailable for Poland due to suspension following his red card against Italy.
