Norway Form

Norway have lost just one of their last six matches in all competitions and have won four during that spell.

The Nordic side started a four-match winning streak with a 1-0 victory over Spain. Wins against Belgium 2-0, Israel and Serbia 2-0 followed before 2-2 draw with England at the Euros.

The Lions fell to their first defeat since February on Tuesday after losing 2-0 against Group B leaders the Netherlands. Norway held on until the 68th minute and conceded two late goals.

Germany Form

Hanno Balitsch’s Germany are out of form and have failed to win in their previous three fixtures.

Die Nationalelf gave up a 1-0 lead and drew 1-1 against Denmark in a warm-up friendly. Germany then started their European Championship Group B campaign with a 3-0 defeat to the Netherlands.

Balitsch’s side led England 5-1 last time out before conceding four late goals and drawing 5-5. Noah Darvich, Said El Mala, Max Moerstedt and Leopold Wurm put Germany ahead after 48 minutes, but it wasn’t enough to secure victory.

Germany Injuries & Team News

Finn Jeltsch and Elias Decker are unlikely to feature due to injury.

Goalkeepers: Konstantin Heide, Max Schmitt
Defenders: Taylan Bulut, Almugera Kabar, Elias Decker, Maximilian Herwerth, Maximilian Hennig, Leopold Wurm, Lukas Reich
Midfielders: Winners Osawe, Kjell Wätjen, Noah Darvich, Mateo Kritzer, Charles Herrmann, Assan Ouedraogo

Verdict

Norway have shown an ability to mix it with the best European teams recently. The Nordic side are tipped to cover a double chance bet against patchy Germany.
