Women’s Euros debutants Poland were unconvincing in qualifying and lost all four group games. They eventually qualified for the finals by winning four play-off games.

Poland continued their momentum in the Nations League B1 division and went unbeaten in six matches, winning five. 

The Eagles extended their unbeaten run by beating Ukraine 4-0 in a pre-Euros friendly. Klaudia Jedlinska scored in the first half and Paulina Tomasiak, Kayla Adamek and Milena Kokosz struck in the second period.
