RBC Heritage Betting Tips
The 2020 RBC Heritage is a golf tournament on the PGA Tour. Also known as the Heritage Classic or the Heritage, it has been played at the Harbour Town Golf Links since 1969.
It is normally played in April the week after The Masters in Augusta, Georgia. The 2020 tournament was rescheduled to June because of the coronavirus pandemic.

RBC Heritage Multiple Winners

RBC Heritage Qualification
The Heritage is one of only five tournaments given invitational status by the PGA Tour. It features a reduced field of 132 players and does not offer qualifying.
Invitations are offered using some of the following criteria:
- RBC Heritage winners prior to 2000 and in the last five years.
- US Open or PGA Championship winners prior to 2005 playing 15 events in prior year.
- The Players Championship and major championship winners in the last five years.
- The Tour Championship and World Golf Championships winners in the past three years.
- Winners of the Arnold Palmer Invitational and Memorial Tournament in the past three years.
- Winner FedEx Cup in the last five years.
- Top 50 Official World Golf Ranking through two weeks prior to the commitment deadline.

RBC Heritage Golf History
The RBC Heritage was founded in 1969 at the Harbour Town Golf Links at the Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island in South Caronina, United States. The Harbour Town coursewas designed by Pete Dye with assistance from Jack Nicklaus.
The tournament was originally known as Heritage Golf Classic and has been called Sea Pines Heritage Classic, Heritage Classic, Sea Pines Heritage Classic, Sea Pines Heritage, MCI Heritage Golf Classic, MCI Classic, WorldCom Classic - The Heritage of Golf, MCI Heritage, Verizon Heritage, The Heritage and RBC Heritage since 2012.
The RBC Heritage is normally played in mid-April, the week after The Masters in Augusta, Georgia.
Arnold Palmer won the inaugural edition of the tournament in 1969. His finishing score of 283 is the highest for any winner in tournament history.
In 1990 Payne Stewart became the first Heritage champion to successfully defend his title, beating Larry Mize and Steve Jones in a sudden death playoff.
In 2003 Davis Love III won his fifth Heritage title by defeating Woody Austin in a sudden death playoff. Love chipped in from off the green at the 72nd hole to reach the playoff.
