Rory McIlroy is backed to win his second US Open title in Brookline this week.
McIlroy is the 9/1 favourite with Coral, having been well backed with the firm following his success in the Canadian Open.
Justin Thomas and Scottie Scheffler are second best at 11/1 for the title at The Country Club.
Jon Rahm is 12/1 to successfully defend his crown, while Cameron Smith and Xander Schauffele are each priced at 18/1.
“Rory McIlroy was back to his best in the Canadian Open,” Coral’s John Hill told FreeTips.com.
“Many punters feel he will carry that form into the US Open as he is proving very popular ahead of the Major Championship.
“It would be some story if one of the LIV rebels were to win the US Open this week, but so far punters are shunning those players in our outright betting.”
