2024 EHF Men's Euros Championship
The EHF Mens Euros Championships is a bi-annual continental competition also known as the European Men's Handball Championship.
It is played every two years with the 2024 edition being the 16th edition of the tournament.
Germany will host the 2024 EHF Men's Euros from January 10-28 with 24 of Europe's biggest nations bidding to be crowned European champions.

Men's European Handicap Championship Teams & Format
Twenty-four qualified nations have been drawn into six groups of four for the Euros. The top two teams from each group progress to the second stage and are drawn into two groups of six.
From stage two, the top two teams in each group moved into the semi-finals and the third placed nations play-off in the fifth place game.
The teams and groups for the 2024 EHF Euros are:
Group A: France, Germany, North Macedonia, Switzerland
Group B: Spain, Austria, Croatia, Romania
Group C: Iceland, Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro
Group D: Norway, Slovenia, Poland, Faroe Islands
Group E: Sweden, Netherlands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia
Group F: Denmark, Portugal, Czech Republic, Greece
Handball Rules
Modern handball is played on a court of 40 by 20 metres wide with a goal in the middle of each end. The goals are surrounded by a 6-metre zone where only the defending goalkeeper is allowed.
Goals must be scored by throwing the ball from outside the 6-metre zone or in the process of jumping into it. Handball is mostly played indoors, with outdoor alternatives including field handball and beach handball.
Body contact is permitted as defenders attempt to stop attackers approaching the goal.
