The Supreme Novices' Hurdle is always an exciting race and an even field will line up in 2019. Al Dancer has been best backed to win the hurdle feature, but there are many challengers looking to cause an upset.

Past winners include Altior, Douvan and Vautour, so there's plenty on the line for the talented field this year.

2020 Supreme Novices' Hurdle Best Bet - Al Dancer @ 4.00

Nigel Twiston-Davies lines up the six-year-old which comes into the Supreme Novices' Hurdle with four consecutive wins. The most latest came at Royal Ascot in the BetFair Hurdle Handicap and that looks like good form for this.

The grey gelding hasn't been tested in recent starts, which includes a dominant 11-length victory at Cheltenham in December and that track experience is only going to make him harder to beat.

Looks the goods and we would be surprised to see him finish out of the money.

2020 Supreme Novices' Hurdle Best Each Way - Angels Breath @ 6.50

Punters can't rule out a Nicky Henderson-trained runner during the Cheltenham Festival and Angels Breath, despite being inexperienced, could fight out the finish in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle.

The five-year-old has had two starts for a win and a placing. The win came on debut at Ascot where he scored by 4.5 lengths. He was safely held at Kempton last start but he made good ground late and that should hold him in good stead for this.

Bookmakers are offering a good each-way price and it's worth taking.

2020 Supreme Novices' Hurdle Best Roughie - Felix Desjy @ 17.00

Felix Desjy might not have form against the best hurdle runners around but he does come into this race with confidence. The six-year-old scored a five-length win at Punchestown last start and he might have improved enough to show up at this level.

He has past experience on this track when running sixth in the Champion Bumper but that came on the flat and his speed will be better suited to this race.

Best Bet: Al Dancer - 4.00 @ bet365
Best Each Way: Angels Breath - 6.50 @ bet365
Best Roughie: Felix Desjy - 17.00 @ bet365
