Auguste Rodin won the Epsom Derby for Aidan O'Brien
Regal Reality, Prosperous Voyage and Navello also claimed ITV victories

Aidan O'Brien celebrated his ninth victory in the Epsom Derby today, as Auguste Rodin ran out an impressive winner. Read a recap of Auguste Rodin's Epsom Derby victory and watch a replay of the finish here on our website.

Although it wasn't to be for Frankie Dettori in his final Derby, the enigmatic Italian did score on his last ride at Epsom, winning the Princess Elizabeth Stakes aboard Prosperous Voyage. Ryan Moore sealed a double on the day with his Derby victory, having guided Regal Reality to victory in the opening Diomed Stakes.

George Boughey's Navello snatched a narrow win in a thrilling renewal of the Epsom Dash. The inaugural running of the 3YO Dash was won by Michael Dods Tatterstall, who fought back along the rail to run out an impressive winner.

Benoit De La Sayette cruised to victory in the Pester Piggott Handicap aboard the well-backed Torito. Eve Johnson Houghton claimed her second winner of the meeting after Sheer Rocks won the Northern Dancer Handicap under Harry Davies. Women then dominated the final race on Derby day, as Ruth Carr's Badri was ridden to victory in the Tokyo Trophy by Hollie Doyle.
