Many champion thoroughbreds have graced their name on the Hong Kong Cup Trophy and included in those names is 2017 winner Time Warp. The local champion will be out to go better than his 2018 result.

Looking to add their names to a list of champions which includes A Shin Hikari, Maurice and Jim And Tonic, the full field of middle-distance types embark on Sha Tin this December and it should be an exciting affair.

Glorious Forever was too strong for his rivals in the 2018 Hong Kong Cup, defeating the well-backed Time Warp and a host of other top stayers.

Winning jockey Silvestre De Sousa took the winner to the front and led the entire trip. That proved the winning of the race as the rest of the field was left chasing throughout.

Second place went to Deidre, which fought on well and Time Warp didn't lose many admirers in running close behind.
