The Lexus Stakes provides the stayers one last chance of making the 2019 Melbourne Cup field on the first Tuesday in November and 13 quality thoroughbreds will line up in the Group 2 feature at Flemington.
With excellent local, New Zealand and European form, the Lexus is a truly international race and the residual fitness helps their Melbourne Cup chances as well.
