ITV Racing viewers have got an exciting afternoon of action to look forward to today, with four races from Sandown headlining the coverage.

Here are four runners are Sandown who've been heavily backed to win on ITV Racing today.

Sandown Market Movers - Saturday 2nd September

1:50pm King Cabo - 14/1 > 5/1

Luke Dace won't be a name that's familiar to most ITV Racing viewers, but his runner KING CABO is the best-backed horse of the day at Sandown. Marco Ghiani's mount won well at Lingfield earlier in the season and brings some solid recent placed form to the table.

2:25pm Heredia - 9/2 > 11/4

As Coppice continues to drift at the head of the betting, HEREDIA has established herself as the clear favourite for the Atalanta Stakes. Richard Hannon's filly bolted up in a Listed contest at Haydock on her most recent start and punters are clearly expecting Heredia to claim her first Group victory this afternoon.

3:00pm Lord Protector - 6/1 > 9/2

Another runner who's risen to the top of their market this morning is LORD PROTECTOR. Ralph Beckett's five-year-old ran out an impressive winner of a similar handicap on his penultimate start and wasn't disgraced when sixth off this mark on unsuitably soft ground at Glorious Goodwood last time out.

3:38pm Aablan - 4/1 > 11/4

Despite Charlie Appleby's struggles this season, AABLAN is being backed to continue Appleby and Godolphin's excellent recent record in the Solario Stakes. James Doyle's mount claimed victory on his sole start at Newmarket last month and Aablan is fancied to follow in the footsteps of Masar and Silver Knott by winning today's feature at Sandown.
