Let's jump into our best ITV Racing betting tips.

ITV Racing Tips - Saturday, August 6th

1:35 ASCOT - Dubai Duty Free Full Of Surprises Classified Stakes

Epsom Faithfull - 5/2WinnerBET HERE
New customers only. 18+ T&Cs and wagering requirements apply.

EPSOM FAITHFULL has been prolific this term, winning four out of her six starts and Pat Phelan’s charge can add to her tally here.

The Coach House mare may not have handled the track on her penultimate run at Epsom in June behind reopposing Bowman; but she quickly bounced back to form with a win over six furlongs here last month, beating Emperor Spirit and stepping back up to seven furlongs here she can go in again despite being 6lbs higher now.

2:10 ASCOT - Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup Dash (Handicap)

Manaccan - 7/2WinnerBET HERE
New customers only. 18+ T&Cs and wagering requirements apply.

MANACCAN has run well on all three starts this season, finishing fifth at the Royal Meeting here, beaten one length and the Exceed and Excel colt backed up that performance when finding only one too good at Chester last month when equipped with a tongue-tie and not getting the best of runs having been held up.

John Ryan’s charge sports the headgear again and he races off the same mark here so ought to be involved back at this venue with five furlongs no issue. Given his potential for improvement he can get back to winningways.

2:25 HAYDOCK - Betfred "Play Fred's £5 Million" Handicap

Electrical Storm - 2/1WinnerBET HERE
18+ only. T&Cs apply. begambleaware.org

ELECTRICAL STORM has few miles on the clock for a five-year old, but he has some decent form to his name and he returned from a lengthy break to score at York in June, beating Pisanello readily. The third, fifth and sixth horses have all won since and he was subsequently far from disgraced at Sandown when last seen, perhaps not staying the extra distance over that stiff finish.

That race has also thrown up a couple of winners since and back down in trip here he might be worth chancing to strike from the same mark.

2:45 ASCOT - Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup Stayers (Handicap)

Make My Day - 10/1Each-WayBET HERE
18+ only. Gamble responsibly. Ts and Cs apply

MAKE MY DAY has perhaps failed to see out 2m 4f the last twice and Gary Moore’s charge might be worth chancing to bounce back to form reverting to this shorter trip.

The Galileo gelding knows how to win having done so for both John Gosden and Ralph Beckett prior to joining this yard where he started out over hurdles in the spring, twice making the frame. Back on the flat he’s finished runner-up over course and distance and similar at Goodwood in June but has turned in two lesser efforts since.

He could be happier back at this yardage and assuming this doesn’t come too soon after his Goodwood run eight days ago he can make his presence felt.

3:00 HAYDOCK - Betfred Rose Of Lancaster Stakes (Group 3)

Grocer Jack - 13/10WinnerBET HERE

GROCER JACK was smart in France and Germany when trained by Waldemar Hicks and the Oasis Dream horse showed what he was capable of when scoring at the third attempt for William Haggas, bolting up by almost ten lengths in a Listed contest at Newbury.

He has softer ground to contend with here, but he handled similar conditions no problem when trained abroad and while this is a step up in class into a Group Three contest he could prove the one to beat if arriving in similar form to last time.

3:20 ASCOT - Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup Challenge (Handicap)

The Whipmaster - 7/2WinnerBET HERE
New customers only. 18+ T&Cs and wagering requirements apply.

THE WHIPMASTER arrives here at the top of his game having won four of his last six starts and Gary Moore’s charge can get back to winning ways having found only one too good latest.

The Mastercraftsman gelding had reeled off a four-timer prior to that defeat behind a potentially smart sort in Juan De Montalban, beaten just over two lengths but finishing a long way clear of the third horse home.

He’s only been pushed up 1lb for that run and he should continue to remain competitive here.

3:40 NEWMARKET (JULY) - Jewson Sweet Solera Stakes (Group 3) (Fillies)

Lakota Sioux - 7/2WinnerBET HERE
New customers only. 18+ T&Cs and wagering requirements apply.

LAKOTA SIOUX shaped with promise on her debut at Haydock in May and subsequently showed the benefit of that experience to get off the mark at the second attempt, scoring at Lingfield with an impressive wide margin success over Miska.

Mark Johnston’s charge was last seen contesting the Chesham Stakes at Royal Ascot where she ran well in third although she flashed her tail throughout and didn’t look entirely straightforward.

That does represent some good form however and open to further improvement she can go close.

3:55 ASCOT - Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup Mile (Handicap)

Redarna - 16/1Each-WayBET HERE
Get a R25 sign up bonus

REDARNA rather snatched defeat from the jaws of victory last time at Pontefract, going like the best horse in the race before throwing away his chances by hanging badly left; but he was only beaten a half-length by Ventura Rascal and Dianne Sayer’s charge can go one better here.

The Aqlaam gelding won the Hunt Cup at Thirsk on his reappearance back in April, springing a big-priced shock and he ran better than the bare result next time at York before finishing third in a decent Hamilton contest in June.

A subsequent winner was behind him at Pontefract latest and turning out here off the same mark he can resume winning ways at a track where he’s been successful in the past.

4:15 CURRAGH - Keeneland Phoenix Stakes (Group 1)

Bradsell - 11/10WinnerBET HERE
Get a R25 sign up bonus

BRADSELL won a shade cosily from reopposing Persian Force when taking the Coventry Stakes at the Royal Meeting and Archie Watson’s charge can confirm the form to land a third successive victory and remain unbeaten.

The Tasleet colt had won a decent novices’ contest at York on his debut, looking a smart prospect in running out a nine lengths’ victor and that impression was duly confirmed when he struck at the Royal Meeting latest.

The runner-up, third and fourth horses have all won since and two of the three reoppose; however he can uphold the Ascot form here.

4:30 ASCOT - Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup Classic (Handicap)

Sheer Rocks - 7/1WinnerBET HERE
18+ only. Gamble responsibly. Ts and Cs apply

SHEER ROCKS met with plenty of trouble in running at Goodwood eight days ago when finishing fourth and Eve Johnston Houghton’s charge can get back on the scoresheet here.

The Iffraaj colt won twice last term before disappointing on his reappearance in a Listed race at Epsom behind Nahaani. However he’s been running well since and he resumed winning ways at Chester last month, beating Chairman by three-parts of a length.

Unlucky in running latest , meeting interference from the stalls and then later twice checked in his run he finished off strongly and he might be worth another chance if avoiding traffic problems this time around.

5:05 ASCOT - Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup Sprint (Handicap)

Admiral D - 2/1WinnerBET HERE
New customers only. 18+ T&Cs and wagering requirements apply.

ADMIRAL D won twice in Ireland for Michael O’Callaghan and the Ardad gelding has been progressive since joining Richard Fahey where he’s contested at a good level in starts at York earlier in the campaign.

He ran his best race to date for new connections when last seen at Newmarket last month, beaten just over one length into the runner-up spot by Lethal Levi and that form looks strong now given the winner and fourth have both won again since.

A 2lbs rise for that run looks lenient and there may be more to come from him; he can get off the mark now for this yard and resume winning ways.
