We take a look through the ten races coming to us live from Ascot, Kempton and Haydock on Saturday and provide readers with our ITV Racing tips.

The limelight will be on Haydock Park on Saturday afternoon, as a talented field of sprinters take part in the 2020 Sprint Cup. Meanwhile, Kempton will roll out the red carpet for Enable, as John Gosden's star filly limbers up for her third crack at the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe in the September Stakes.

We have a very busy afternoon ahead of us, with three live races from Ascot to take in too. Let's get stuck into some selections!

ITV Racing Tips

Race 1 - Superior Mile Tips

Although he finished behind rival My Oberon at Goodwood, we didn't see the real KHALOOSY that day, and I think it's worth siding with Roger Varian's budding star to bounce back in style.

At Ascot, on soft ground, Khaloosy looked cool, calm and collected. Having bided his time for much of the race, Jim Crowley's mount swooped into contention, putting the Britannia to bed in devastating fashion.

Things couldn't have gone any worse at Goodwood. Khaloosy sweated up beforehand, and was very keen in that five-runner race. Varian's charge clearly didn't handle the quick ground either, and did well to only lose by four lengths in the end.

Soft ground on a galloping track like Haydock should be right up his street, and I fancy Khaloosy to make up for that Goodwood disappointment.

Race 2 - Sirenia Stakes Tips

I was on MYSTERY SMILES in the Gimcrack Stakes at York last time out. Minzaal proved to be far too good for his rivals on the day, but Andrew Balding's charge ran a nice race to finish third.

Mystery Smiles has already beaten third-favourite, Zamaani with plenty in hand at Chester this term. Switching to an artificial surface shouldn't be a problem, and Rob Hornby will be pleased with his draw in stall four.

Race 3 - Betfair Exchange Handicap Tips

Arthurian Fable was my each-way selections in the Melrose at York, and Brian Meehan's charge ran a cracking race to finish second, especially when you consider he was posted wide for much of the race.

Last that day was FAVOURITE MOON, who was eased down well before the end after running too keen. William Haggas has decided to fit a tongue-tie for the first time, and Favourite Moon is a course-and-distance winner, having beaten future Listed winner Subjectivist here on soft ground in July.

With just 8-3 on his back, Andrea Atzeni's mount looks to be the one to side with.

Race 4 - September Stakes Tips

Enable is going to win the September Stakes. There's still a place up for grabs behind her though, and also the prospect of "betting without the favourite" markets. With both of those possibilities in mind, I'm going to side with KIRSTENBOSCH.

James Fanshawe's filly finished fourth behind three very good rivals in the Upavon Stakes at Salisbury. Kirstenbosch won her only all-weather outing as a two-year-old, and Mount Nelson's influence should mean she gets 12-furlongs well.

Race 5 - Old Borough Cup Tips

Having shown a good level of form on the all-weather at the start of the year, CALLING THE WIND made a successful transition to turf racing at Ascot in July, holding off Rajinsky to win over this distance.

Shane Kelly's mount ran up to an RPR of 98 that day, so to be pushed up to an official mark of 93 looks fairly lenient. Calling The Wind's seasonal form stacks up very well. Richard Hughes' four-year-old looks a cracking each-way bet.

Race 6 - Lavazza Stakes Tips

Kipps E/W3:05pm Ascot Lavazza Stakes (Heritage Handicap) 1m4fGET 13/2 HERE
18+ only. Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly.

KIPPS has been running solely in lucrative three-year-old handicaps at all the major Festival all season. Hughie Morrison's colt continues to strike the crossbar, finishing half-a-length behind Hukum at Royal Ascot, fourth over ten furlongs at the July Meeting, and third in the Melrose Handicap last time out.

Morrison's charge was drawn terribly in stall one at York, and had to fight through the traffic just to finish in the places. That runner-up finish behind St Leger contender, Hukum in the King George V Stakes is one of the best pieces for form in the race, and Kipps has been drawn kindly out in stall eight. Another solid showing is expected.

Race 8 - Follow The Foals Handicap Tips

I've always been a fan of powerful traveller RATHBONE, and I think Megan Nicholls' mount has been wildly overlooked in this wide-open handicap.

Kevin Ryan's charge finished a close third behind Glen Shiel and Tabdeed - both of whom will run in the Sprint Cup on Saturday - at Newcastle two starts ago. Last time over seven furlongs at York, Rathbone cruised into contention, but found little in the final 200 yards and finished fifth.

Rathbone has been given plenty of time to get over a wind operation, and dropping back to six furlongs looks a smart move.

Race 9 - Be Friendly Handicap Tips

I'm going to keep the faith with APLOMB, who's dropped down to an appealing handicap mark and has finally found the ground conditions he loves.

I've backed William Haggas' sprinter three times this season, only grabbing a slice of place money when Aplomb finished fourth at Ascot in July. Tom Marquand's mount has been dropped down to 91 following a poor outing at York, and all of his three career wins have come on soft ground. A wide draw and first-time cheek-piece could aid Aplomb's winning bid.

Race 10 - Porsche Handicap Tips

BLUE MIST took advantage of a stand's side draw and an attractive mark to win the International Stakes handicap last time out. Ryan Moore picked a path through the field in the final furlong, before forging clear to win by over a length.

Again, Roger Charlton's charge finds himself drawn on the perfect side of the track. Blue Mist could still be ahead of the handicapper, having been upped just six pounds for that impressive win, and the presence of Accidental Agent means Jason Watson's mount will carry just 9-1 on his back.
