ITV Racing viewers will take in the first five races on the fifth and final day at Glorious Goodwood on Saturday, where the Steward's Cup is the feature. Racing fans also have two races to enjoy from Newmarket, including the Listed Chalice Stakes.

Race 1 - Thames Materials Handicap Tips

FARASI LANE put a good race to bed with apparent ease at Sandown last time out, clocking a career-high RPR of 91 when sealing a two-and-a-half lengths success. Tom Ward's three-year-old has good form here at Goodwood, having placed twice from two starts. Silvestre De Sousa has landed a kind low draw and still looks to be ahead of the handicapper.

Race 2 - Stewards' Sprint Tips

I don't tend to bet in consolation races, as I prefer to focus on the main event. FIRST FOLIO sat prominently in the betting for the Steward's Cup itself but didn't quite make the final 28. He'll carry top-weight into this silver medal race and James Ferguson's charge looks a progressive sprinter to be feared.

Race 3 - Fillies' Nursery Handicap Tips

George Boughey's two-year-olds have come a little off the boil recently, but I still think CASHEW is a good bet here. James Doyle's mount has won well twice over six furlongs on soft ground this term. She didn't quite get seven at Catterick last time out, but this drop in trip should suit and she'd love the ground to soften even more.

Race 4 - Summer Handicap Tips

Aaddeey E/W2:30pm Goodwood Summer Handicap (Class 2) 1m6fGET 9/1 HERE

Class tends to come to the fore in this staying handicap, so I'm going to place my faith in AADDEEY, following two decent runs in high profile handicaps.

Simon Crisford's four-year-old finished fifth of 14 in the Duke Of Edinburgh Stakes at Royal Ascot. Mark Crehan then dragged Aaddeey all the way over to the rail from stall 22 in the John Smith's Cup. They got outpaced as the field turned for home, before staying on late to finish seventh.

Before heading to Royal Ascot, Aaddeey thrashed Rodrigo Diaz - who's now rated in the mid-90s - by almost five lengths when giving the runner-up four pounds. This 14-furlong trip will suit Aaddeey much more than the 10-and-a-half he tackled at York, and he currently holds plenty of each-way appeal.

Race 5 - Chalice Stakes Tips

The most appealing prospect in the betting for me is The Queen's runner, PORTFOLIO. Sir Michael Stoute's filly has built on a promising juvenile campaign with two wins this term, trouncing her rivals at Leicester before a smart victory here on the July Course.

Portfolio is by top Japanese sire Deep Impact, and out of another of the Queen's runners, Diploma, who won the Listed Lyric Stakes for Stoute in 2016. Richard Kingscote takes over from Ryan Moore on Saturday, and Portfolio has the progressive profile needed for this type of race.

Race 6 - Lillie Langtry Stakes Tips

Wonderful Tonight will clearly take all the beating, but I'd rather side with CABALETTA at a much longer price. Roger Varian's filly ran twice over course-and-distance in 2020, finishing second to Enbihaar in this race before another runner-up finish behind the brilliant Subjectivist in the March Stakes.

Following a poor reappearance effort, Cabaletta has produced much improved performances in both the Pinnacle Stakes and Lancashire Oaks, finishing second and third. David Egan's mount will love any extra give in the ground. She's a genuine each-way player.

Race 7 - Steward's Cup Tips

28 of the best handicap sprinters in the sport will lock horns in this year's Steward's Cup, and it's James Fanshawe's Fresh who tops the current betting.
