Glorious Goodwood draws to a fitting conclusion on Saturday, with the historic Stewards' Cup headlining the day five card. Along with four races from Goodwood, ITV viewers will enjoy two live races from Newmarket on Saturday afternoon.

Here are my best betting tips for Saturday's ITV races.

1:50pm Goodwood - Glorious Stakes Tips

William Haggas won this race with seven-year-old Hamish 12 months ago. He'll be represented this year by another seven-year-old, AL AASY (3/1), who looks to be the solid option in this trappy contest.

A former runner-up in the Coronation Cup at Epsom, Al Aasy ran up to a decent level last term, winning the Steventon and Rose Of Lancaster Stakes, before a narrow defeat in the

Paddy Power Stakes at Leopardstown. Al Aasy recovered well from a slow start to finish a length-second to Phantom Flight on his reappearance in the Steventon this season and Al Aasy's record on his second start after a break is strong.

2:05pm Newmarket - Nursery Handicap Tips

PATSY SNUGFIT (9/1) strikes me as being well-handicapped in our first at Newmarket. Eve Johnson Houghton's juvenile ran well behind some decent sorts in her three novice races, and was only beaten a neck off this mark on her handicap debut at Ascot.

The winner that day, Art Market has since boosted that form with a resounding victory at York. Georgia Dobie's mount will wear blinkers for the first time on Saturday and Patsy Snugfit could use the stand's rail to help guide her home from that low draw in stall two.

2:25pm Goodwood - Summer Handicap Tips

It hasn't paid to look away from the fancied runners in this handicap in recent years. Yet, I find myself drawn to MR FREEDOM (16/1), who has recorded six wins from his last seven runs on the flat.

Rated 125 over hurdles, Sheena West's five-year-old is two-from-two on the level this term, having struck here at Goodwood in June before an impressive win over this distance at Sandown last week. Trevor Whelan will shoulder just 8-9 on Saturday and Mr Freedom has won his last two starts on fast ground.

2:40pm Newmarket - Chalice Stakes Tips

Lmay brings the best form to the table, but she's still only won one maiden in her career and can't be relied upon at a short price. Many of the other runners bring all-weather form to the table, and I don't fancy any of the outsiders. I'll leave this one alone.

3:00pm Goodwood - Lillie Langtry Stakes Tips

Plenty will fancy their chances in this wide-open Group Two. NIGHT SPARKLE (16/1) did all of her winning for Mick O'Callaghan on decent ground and this is the first time she's had quick conditions since moving to Andrew Balding.

Balding's recruit ran a blinder when second to Term Of Endearment on her reappearance in the Bronte Cup, and was unlucky to bump into Trueshan on her most recent outing at Sandown. This trip should be ideal for Oisin Murphy's mount and Night Sparkle's low, skiddy action is well suited to faster conditions.
