ITV Racing fans have a fairly low-key afternoon of racing to take in on Saturday. Four races will be shown live from Newbury, including the Hackwood Stakes and the Super Sprint. Market Rasen will also be chipping in with three races on Summer Plate day.

Here are my best betting tips for Saturday's ITV races.

ITV Racing Tips - Saturday 20th July

1:50pm Newbury - Steventon Stakes Tips

Despite a massive drift, Al Aasy beat Phantom Flight in this race 12 months ago and both return for another crack. Alyanaabi remains progressive, but I wouldn't back him at odds-on. There's no scope for an each-way bet on either Savvy Victory or Sons And Lovers. No bet for me in the opener.

2:05pm Market Rasen - Handicap Hurdle Tips

I don't really follow jumps racing over the summer. I'll be having a bet in the Summer Plate later, but these low-quality handicap hurdles don't interest me at all.

2:25pm Newbury - Mettal UK Handicap Tips

On the back of an excellent effort at Royal Ascot, it's hard to get away from KYLE OF LOCHALSH (9/2) at the head of the market. Hughie Morrison's four-year-old went into the Ascot Stakes on the back of a soft-ground romp at Salisbury, but ran an excellent race on quick turf to finish a close third behind Pledgeofallegiance.

Kyle Of Lochalsh won well on his only previous outing here at Newbury, and boasts an impressive record of two wins and a third from his five starts on turf. Hollie Doyle takes over in the saddle on Saturday, and Kyle Of Lochalash can make the most of a mere two-pound rise for that solid effort at Ascot.

3:15pm Market Rasen - Summer Plate Tips

MOLE COURT (7/1) drops back down in trip on Saturday, having failed to get home in the 3m2f Summer Cup at Uttoxeter. Ben Jones took a sneaky look between his legs on the approach to the second-last, but his mount ran out of steam late on and was relgated to fourth after a tired leap at the last.

A winner at Cheltenham in October, Ben Pauling's seven-year-old scored over two-and-a-half miles at Huntingdon in April, where he again relished genuinely good ground. With plenty of likely front-runners in this field, Mole Court's proven three-mile stamina could come in handy, if this contest turns into a slog.

3:35pm Newbury - Super Sprint Stakes Tips

There are two who I fancy backing in this year's Super Sprint, starting with KAADI (7/1). Karl Burke's juvenile won well at Windsor in April and didn't run too badly in the Marygate at York, where she still looked extremely green.

Clifford Lee has since travelled over to France twice to ride Kaadi in Listed contests. Burke's filly placed in both of those races and the experience gained should stand her in good stead as she makes her return to Britain.

At a longer price, DO IT NOW (14/1) holds each-way appeal. Adrian Keatley's juvenile ran well behind decent sorts on his first couple of starts, losing out to Pont Neuf at Kempton, before running on well at Musselburgh having been stopped in-running.

Do It Now broke his maiden tag with a runaway success at Ripon on his most recent start back in May. A 71-day break heading into this contest isn't ideal, but Connor Beasley's mount has had no entries in the interim, so it's safe to assume that the Super Sprint has always been the plan.
