We take a look through the eight televised races from Sandown, Cartmel and Naas on Sunday and provide readers with our ITV Racing tips.

Have enjoyed a thrilling week at York, the televised action on ITV rolls into Sunday. Sandown's Solario Stakes meeting accounts for the bulk of the action, with two races coming to us live from Cartmel and Naas.

I've taken a closer look at each of Sunday's eight races and picked out my best bets.

Race 1 - William Hill Play Responsibly Handicap Hurdle Tips

THE STEWARD was the 33/1 outsider of the field in this race last year, and proceeded to bolt up by eight lengths. A ten-pound hike in the weights followed, but James Moffatt's nine-year-old returns to Cartmell just two pounds higher than 12 months ago, and has shown enough in recent starts to suggest he can make a bold defence of his crown.

Race 2 - Heed Your Hunch At Betway Handicap Tips

I'm really keen on the chances of BENNY AND THE JETS, who's all-weather form suggests he could take well to the soft ground at Sandown. Sylvester Kirk's four-year-old won nicely on slow ground at Wolverhampton the last day, having run well to finish fourth behind Only Spoofing at Glorious Goodwood. Ben Curtis will fancy his chances off his turf mark of just 85.

Race 3 - William Hill Extra Places Every Day Handicap Chase Tips

COURT ROYALE ended his long wait for a first victory over fences at Stratford last month, carrying 11-11 to victory in convincing fashion.  Evan Williams' charge has been bumped up the handicap to 122, but he's still some five pounds short of the mark he began life over fences with, so a second win on the bounce is a real possibility.

Race 4 - Betway Handicap Tips

I backed HYANNA at a big price at Ascot last time out, and Georgia Dobie's mount ran a cracker to go down by just a neck. Dropping back in distance won't be a problem here, and Hyanna has a good record here at Sandown, having finished first and second on her previous two visits.

Race 5 -  Ballyhane Stakes Tips

After a huge injection of prize money, I'm expecting the fancied horses to come to the fore in this Auction Stakes. Devious Company turns out again after finishing second in a similar race at York earlier in the week and he cannot be discounted. My preference, though, is for MONAASIB.

Having flopped on his debut over seven furlongs, Kevin Prendergast's juvenile has relished the drop back to six furlongs, winning on his last two starts. Chris Hayes' mount beat a rival rated 99 with ease at Cork last time out, and he can make a bold bid from stall ten.

Race 6 - Atalanta Stakes Tips

I've backed Quadrilateral on both her starts this seaso and I've been disappointed with her efforts. Especilly at Ascot, where Roger Charlton's filly travelled into the race well, but really struggled when she was asked for an effort and failed to land a significant blow.

Now I've deserted her, the 1000 Guineas-third will probably hack up, but I'm still inclined to take her on with BILLESDON BROOK. Richard Hannon's former Classic winner went down to Nazeef my just a neck in the Falmouth Stakes last time out. She'll love the extra cut in the ground at Ascot, and offer's good value at 3/1.

Race 7 - Stanerra Stakes Tips

Following Search For The Song's win in last year's Irish St Leger, this Group Three could be seen by many as a trial for that Classic. The one to beat is Kastasa, but she has to give ten-pounds to some dangerous three-year-olds, with ENNISTYMON making the loudest claims for selection.

A terrible run in the Irish Oaks aside, Aidan O'Brien's filly brings some sound and consistent form to the table. O'Brien has won this race three times with three-year-olds in the last five years, and Ennistymon seems like a filly who will relish this grueling trip.

Race 8 - Solario Stakes Tips

Some excellent horses have come from this race in recent years, including Classic winners Kameko and Masar, along with 2018 winner Too Darn Hot, so it's a race that needs to be watched closely. Etonian dominates the betting, but I'm keen to see whether he can replicate that stunning debut performance in a much deeper race.

My selections will be DUBAI FOUNTAIN, who has finished second in two pattern races since a couple of novice race victories. The first came here over course-and-distance, where the long-time leader was beaten by Fev Rover. Dubai Fountain was then beaten a little more convincingly at the July Festival, but still finished second in a Group Three and can build on that experience on her return to Sandown.
