The best-handicapped entrant here looks to be LA TRINIDAD, who's run some crackers for Roger Fell this season. Despite carrying odds of 33/1 and 50/1 to post, James Sulivan's mount has twice stayed on to place third behind the progressive Brunch at York on his last two starts.

La Trinidad is a previous winner here at York, having bolted up in a modest seven-furlong handicap earlier in the season. Fell's three-year-old is up to 88 in the ratings, but carries just 8-5 on his back here. He should go very well.

Race 2 - Champagne Stakes Tips

Albasheer looked a top prospect when winning here in July, and has to be greatly respected. I, however, would rather side with CHINDIT, who's also won over course-and-distance, but is proven at a higher level than the market leader.

Having won comfortably here on debut, Richard Hannon's charge powered to victory in the Listed Pat Eddery Stakes. Pat Dobbs' mount looked a class above his rivals at Ascot, and the form has worked out very well indeed, with the second, third and fourth-placed horses all coming out and winning on their following starts.

Hannon has trained two of the last six winners of the Champagne Stakes, and Dobbs rode Threat to victory 12 months ago. I think Chindit has an excellent chance.

A Momentofmadness won this race in 2018 and finished just half a length behind Oxted 12 months ago. You can see why Charlie Hills' charge is favourite, but I'd rather take a punt on MOUNTAIN PEAK.

Ed Walker's sprinter has been in solid form all season. Mountain Peak hasn't finished outside the top four in all five of his seasonal starts, winning twice off marks of 88 and 95.

Andrea Atzeni's mount is up to a career-high mark of 99, but he's clocked RPRs in excess of 100 on all three of his most recent runs, and he's been drawn kindly amongst the pace on the stand's rail.

Race 4 - Park Stakes Tips

ONE MASTER is one of the best seven-furlong exponents in the business, and I think William Haggas' mare is the best bet of the day.

Having run well in Group Ones over six furlongs and a mile earlier in the season, One Master made a winning return to her favourite trip at Goodwood. The favourite got off the rail just in time, picking her way through the traffic to win the Oak Tree Stakes by a neck.

Last time out at York, ground conditions were certainly in Safe Voyage's favour and John Quinn's stable star powered home, having been given an easy lead. One Master had to come from the rear that day, and once Tom Marquand realised the race was beyond him, he started easing his mount down well before the line.

One Master brings the best form to the table, and her wide draw is by no means a negative. With Limato carrying a penalty, she's definitely the one to beat.

Race 6 - Nursery Handicap Tips

He may be the least-fancied of the eight entrants with the bookmakers, but I think it could pay to back PATIENT DREAM at an each-way price.

Ralph Beckett's colt finished fourth behind future Acomb Stakes winner, Gear Up on debut. Patient Dream then made all to win at Lingfield on his second start. Harry Bentley's mount only beat a 75-rated rival by a length, but seemed to have plenty left in the tank as he crossed the line. An opening handicap mark of 78 looks very fair indeed.

Race 7 - Magners Handicap Tips

SPANISH ARCHER got the better of Al Muffrih when the two clashed at Ripon two starts ago. James Fanshawe's five-year-old then lost out by three lengths at Ascot, but he was forced to come from the rear that day, and very few horses made any inroads from off the pace in that handicap.

Daniel Muscutt's mount has won here at Doncaster in the past, and I see no reason to say he can't win again, even with top-weight on his back.
