The Sunday Series continues with its second fixture of the season this weekend, with ITV Racing showing the full card live from Beverley on Sunday evening.

Race 3 - Sunday Series Stayers Handicap Tips

Given that many of his rivals are yet to prove their stamina, it could pay to side with THE PREDICTOR (5/1). Richard Fahey quickly stepped his charge up to two miles last season and watched The Predictor win well at Thirsk in August, before rounding off his three-year-old campaign with a good second at York.

Oisin Orr's mount has clocked impressive RPRs of 88 on both of his starts this season, losing out narrowly to Legendary Day at Ripon before a solid fourth-place finish in the Chester Vase, where Orr made his winning move a little too early. The handicapper has only upped The Predictor's mark by a pound for those efforts and he should be a big player dropping back down into Class 4 company.

With Adrian Nicholls currently striking at 50%, this could be the right time to catch the classy KING'S CROWN (10/1), who drops back down to the minimum distance for the first time since his early juvenile starts.

After a successful first half to last season, results drifted as King's Crown was tried in several top juvenile constests. Barry McHugh's mount hasn't seen out six furlongs on his two starts this term. Dropping back to the minimum distance seems like a sensible move, especially around a sprint track that often suits front-runners who've been drawn low.

Race 5 - Sunday Series Fillies' Handicap Tips

Reach was barely breathed on by Joanna Mason when winning easily at Nottingham last week. The hot-favourite is clearly still well-treated under that five-pound penalty, but Reach has a lot more on her plate in this classier contest and there are several who hold appeal at better prices.

Leading the chasing pack is DUBAI CRYSTAL (5/1), who bolted up in a very good novice race at Redcar on her third outing. Karl Burke's filly made solid headway from the rear to finish second on her handicap debut at Ascot last month and Franny Norton's mount will run off just a two-pound higher mark on Sunday. She remains open to further improvement.

Race 6 - Sunday Series Handicap Tips

Manigordo E/W6:15pm Beverley Sunday Series Handicap (Class 3) 7½fGET 8/1 HERE

Austrian Theory was allowed an easy time of things up front when winning at Epsom on Derby day. Joe Fanning's mount will likely have plenty of competition for the lead here, which could set the race up perfectly for the strong-traveling MANIGORDO (8/1).

Tim Easterby's six-year-old came home strongly to win twice around Musselburgh last summer. Last time out at that same venue, the early pace was a little more sedate and Manigordo couldn't pick up in the closing stages. With some hot early fractions likely to be set on Sunday, Jason Hart's mount should get a suitably fast pace to aim at and Manigordo certainly remains on a winnable handicap mark.
