The fifth and final day of Royal Ascot was headlined by the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes, which was renamed in honour of our beloved former monarch.

Punters piled into Highfield Princess before the off, following her runner-up finish in the King's Stand Stakes on day one. Australian raider Artorius drifted slightly out to 4/1 before the off, with Hong Kong raider Wellington also slipping out to 8/1 in the build-up.

Frankie Dettori, on his final Group One outing at Royal Ascot, rode Kinross for Ralph Beckett. Two-time Wokingham winner Rohaan also took his chance, along with William Haggas' Sacred and a whole host of other talented sprinters.

Khaadem unshipped Jamie Spencer before the start and they were the last to enter the stalls. As the starter dropped his flag, Aussie raider Cannonball reared in the stalls, unseating Danny Tudhope and set off on a solo effort.

Highfield Princess got off to a strong start and led the stand's group. The Astrologist led the bigger group down the centre of the track, with Art Power running on his own between the two main groups.

Two furlongs from home, the jockeys all began to get to work and the group down the centre began to pull clear. Frankie Dettori went forward on Kinross, with Tom Marquand unleashing Sacred, who opened up a narrow advantage,

Suddenly Khaadem, the rank outsider of the field, made his move under Jamie Spencer. Charlie Hills' star swept into contention from the rear, reeling in Sacred to claim a shock victory. Highfield Princess ran another commendable race to finish third on the wrong side of the track. Fourth went to Artorius, who placed in this famous sprint for a second year in a row.
