The race, the championship, the entire season, all decided on one dramatic lap of the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.

Max Verstappen emerged victorious in the most intense climax to a championship that F1 has ever witnessed. The countdown to the 2022 season is already underway and global bookmaker bet365 have launched a number of betting specials for the renewal of what could be the most highly anticipated race rivalries in decades.

The outright market for 2022 is also live, with Sir Lewis Hamilton down as the Evens favourite to regain his world title in the 2022 F1 Title odds.

Mercedes are the outright favourites for the Constructors Championship in 2022 as well, as short as 4/9 to defeat their Red Bull counterparts.

Verstappen, the beneficiary of the decision making in Abu Dhabi, is 5/2 to retain his title, while Red Bull are currently priced 9/4 to win the Constructors Championship.

In the F1 betting specials, Dutch star Verstappen is 5/6 to win six or more Grand Prix’s in 2022, while you can get Evens on him recording the most F1 race wins next season.

Hamilton is Evens to win eight or more F1 Grand Prix’s in 2022, and 8/11 to record the most race wins.

bet365 spokesman Steve Freeth told FreeTips.com: "The curtain has only just come down on a nail-biting finale in Abu Dhabi where Lewis Hamilton traded at 1/20 In-Play before being controversially beaten by Max Verstappen who touched 15/2 during the race, and the early money suggests we’re underestimating the newly crowned champion once again.

"However, the money has been flooding in for a British Driver to win the 2022 British Grand Prix, a race that Hamilton has won 7 times in the last 8 years, with the odds shortening from 6/4 into 8/11 in a market where George Russell and Lando Norris could also have a say."

Betting specials are live at bet365.com now, while full live in-play betting will be available for every race of the 2022 Formula 1 season.
