A groin injury has kept Reus sidelined since early February, but the Germany international, who has scored 11 goals in the Bundesliga this season, is hoping to feature again soon.
Reus, who will be assessed ahead of kick-off, told his club's official website: "I hope to be able to help the team again soon after my injury.
"In any case, we will give everything for it."
Dortmund will definitely be without Axel Witsel and Emre Can for the game, which kicks off at 14:30 BST.
