Buffalo head to Detroit looking to rebound from the defeat in Los Angeles that ended their seven-game win streak.

The Bills opened the season with three straight wins, only to then lose back-to-back games on the road, 35-10 in Baltimore and 23-20 in Houston.

They bounced back with an important 23-20 win at division rivals, the New York Jets, and that proved to be the start of a red-hot run that continued with a 34-10 win over Tennessee.

Buffalo then won 31-10 at Seattle, beat Miami 30-27 at home and downed Indianapolis 30-20 on the road, before knocking off defending champions Kansas City, 30-21.

The Bills made it seven-in-a-row with a 35-10 blowout of San Francisco, only for their streak to end last Sunday as they lost a thriller with the Rams, 44-42.

Detroit Lions Form

Detroit enter this matchup as the hottest team in the NFL right now, having won 11 consecutive games to take their record to 12-1.

The Lions have not lost since the Week 2 defeat to Tampa Bay, sparking this fantastic run of form with a 20-13 victory in Arizona.

They then beat Seattle 42-29, before heading out on the road to down Dallas, 47-9, and division rivals Minnesota, 31-29.

Detroit returned home to beat Tennessee 52-14, and then backed up road wins in Green Bay, 24-14, and Houston, 26-23, with a 52-6 home blowout of Jacksonville.

The Lions then beat Indianapolis 24-6 on the road, before heading back to the ‘Motor City’ to beat division rivals Chicago and Green Bay, 23-20 and 34-31 respectively.

Detroit are firing on all cylinders and now they face a Buffalo defense that got picked apart in Los Angeles.

The Bills have the offense to engage in a shootout with the Lions, but we trust the home defense a little more despite their injury problems.
