The Lions enjoyed a wining start to the season as they downed Edmonton at home, 31-14, but it has been all downhill since then.

They dropped their opening road game a week later as they fell 34-20 to the Blue Bombers In Winnipeg.

BC then dropped the immediate rematch with the Blue Bombers too, this time losing 27-14 at home.

The Lions’ slump then reached three games as they were beaten 37-18 in Saskatchewan to fall to 1-3.

Montreal Alouettes Form

Montreal return home looking to bounce back from their first defeat of the season, which dropped them to 3-1.

The Alouettes opened up the season at home to defending champions Toronto, and they were able to avenge last season’s playoff defeat to the Argonauts.

They took the season-opener 28-10, and then built on that as they went out on the road for their next two games.

Montreal beat the Redblacks in Ottawa 39-18, before moving on to Edmonton to see of the Elks, 38-28.

The Alouettes failed to take their unbeaten start to four games however, as they were beaten 35-17 in Hamilton last time out.
