Toronto head out on the road for one final time in the regular season riding a three-game win streak that has improved their record to 10-7.

The Argonauts struggled for consistency for much of the campaign as they split their first 14 games, going 7-7.

They have secured their playoff place over the past few weeks though, going on a three-game win streak.

Toronto began this run before their final bye week as they knocked off defending champions Montreal at home, 37-31.

The Argonauts then returned to action with a 14-11 victory in Winnipeg, before returning home to down Ottawa, 38-31.

Edmonton Elks Form

Edmonton go into their final regular season game knowing that they playoff hopes are over thanks to a 6-11 record.

The Elks opened the season with a seven-game losing skid that put them behind the 8-Ball heading into the start of August.

They rallied during the summer though and reeled off five victories during a six-game spell to keep themselves in the hunt.

However, Edmonton’s postseason dream was ended in September as they suffered back-to-back defeats to Winnipeg, losing 27-14 at home and 55-27 on the road.

The Elks then lost 28-24 at home to Saskatchewan, before avoiding a fourth consecutive loss as they won 23-18 in Calgary.

Toronto are the better team, but they have the luxury of being able to rest star names for this one, and as a result we like Edmonton’s chances of signing off with a win.
