The Broncos have beaten UNLV repeatedly in recent years, including back in October, and they can ride Ashton Jeanty to another victory here.

Boise State compiled an 11-1 record and won all seven of their conference games to seal their spot in the Mountain West Championship Game.

The Broncos opened the season winning three of four non-conference games, with their only loss coming to an Oregon team who went on to claim top spot in the rankings.

They rebounded in style though, embarking on a perfect MWC campaign as they beat Utah State 62-30 at home before heading out on the road to down Hawaii 28-7 and UNLV 29-24.

Boise State then returned home for back-to-back wins, beating San Diego State 56-24 and Nevada 28-21, before going back out on the road to beat San Jose State 42-21 and Wyoming 17-13.

The Broncos then made it 7-0 in their regular season finale, as they beat Oregon State 34-18.

UNLV go into the Mountain West Championship Game riding a four-game win streak that saw them finish the season 10-2.

The Rebels opened with four consecutive wins, including a 59-14 win over Fresno State, before seeing their run end with a 44-41 loss to Syracuse.

They rebounded with back-to-back road wins, including a 50-34 success against Utah State, only to then suffer their first conference defeat as they lost 29-24 to Boise State.

UNLV have not lost since though, kicking off this four-game winning run with a 29-27 victory in Hawaii.

The Rebels then sandwiched a 27-17 loss at San Jose State with wins over San Diego State, 41-20, and Nevada, 38-14.

Boise State got the better of UNLV in the regular season and we expect more of the same.

The Broncos have had the Rebels’ number for years, and with Ashton Jeanty in sensational form this season we expect that trend to continue.
