They opened the season with a 30-3 victory over East Carolina, and backed that up with a 35-7 success against UNLV.

Michigan then made it to 3-0 with a 31-6 victory over Bowling Green – their last game without head coach Jim Harbaugh on the sidelines.

The Wolverines had Harbaugh back for last weekend’s meeting with Rutgers, and he led them to a 31-7 win.

Nebraska Form

Nebraska come into this matchup on the back of a couple of home wins that have improved them to 2-2.

The Cornhuskers opened the 2023 season with back-to-back road games, and tasted defeat in both of those outings.

Their first game of the season ended in a 13-110 defeat at the hands of Minnesota, and that was followed by a 36-14 defeat at #22 Colorado.

A return home brought some improved fortunes for Nebraska though, starting with a 35-11 victory over Northern Illinois.

The Cornhuskers then backed that up last weekend as they recorded a 28-14 win against Louisiana Tech.
