They then returned home to blast Tennessee State 56-3 in their home opener, before heading out on the road to down NC State, 45-24.

Notre Dame then kept their perfect record intact as they out-scored Central Michigan 20-3 in the second half to pull away and win 41-17.

The Fighting Irish’s perfect start came to an end last weekend though, as they gave up a last-gasp touchdown to lose 17-4 to #6 Ohio State.

Duke take a perfect 4-0 record into their biggest game of the season so far, a meeting with Notre Dame.

The Blue Devils caused a major upset on opening night, as they stunned #9 Clemson in a 28-7 victory.

They backed up that massive conference success with a 42-7 blowout of Lafayette, and then took down Northwestern 38-14.

Duke then made it four-in-a-row last weekend, as they went out on the road for the first time and recorded a commanding win.

The Blue Devils scored 41 unanswered points before giving up a touchdown in garbage time to beat Connecticut, 41-7.

Duke have made an impressive start, but this represents their biggest challenge to date.

Notre Dame have been strong on both sides of the football and we expect them to bounce back from that heart-breaking loss to Ohio State.
