They kicked off their conference campaign with a 34-16 win against Charlotte and never looked back as they won all eight of their AAC matchups.

SMU’s run saw them shut out Temple in a 55-0 blowout win on the road, while they also passed the 60-point mark as the crushed Tulsa, 69-10.

The Mustangs wrapped up their regular season with another blowout victory, taking down Navy, 59-14, at home.

The Green Wave were beaten 37-20 by #20 Ole Miss in early September, but they have been on a roll ever since.

They beat UAB 35-23 and won 31-21 at Memphis as they claimed a place in the College Football rankings in October.

From there, Tulane climbed the rankings with a string of close victories, winning 30-28 at Rice, 13-10 at East Carolina and 24-22 at home to Tulsa.

The Green Wave then shut down Florida Atlantic in a 24-8 road win, before returning home to beat UTSA 29-16 in their regular season finale.
