Colorado come into this game with a 3-1 record following a brutal loss to a top-10 team last time out.

The Buffaloes came into the season with plenty of hype and lived up to the billing as they upset #17 TCU, 45-42, on the road.

They backed that up in their home opener a week later, cruising to a 36-14 victory over Nebraska.

Colorado then improved to 3-0 when they won a bad-tempered thriller with Colorado State, 43-35 in overtime.

The Buffaloes did not make it to 4-0 though, as they suffered a 42-6 defeat to #10 Oregon that has slowed down the hype train.

Colorado were overhyped heading into the season and that was proven by last weekend’s blowout loss.

They are jumping out of the frying pan and into the first this weekend, with USC likely to issue them another heavy defeat.
