GGPoker Shares A ‘Strange’ Hand From WSOP Online
All kinds of hands play out while grinding on the virtual tables. One such hand was played on GGPoker during the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online.
GGPoker shared a post on its Twitter handle where a player scoops a hand with 96 suited against his rival who has pocket jacks.
The hand history can be seen in the post shared. It was Belgium national Bert Stevens who won the hand all thanks to the community cards favouring him through and through.
In this so-called strange hand, the flop presented 6d 6s 9d which led to ‘plus4agility’ checking. But Stevens threw in a bet of 6.9 BB and found a call from his rival.
The turn card was 3d and once again was checked by ‘plus4agility’. Stevens continued his betting spree and threw in another 26.9 BB and was matched by his opponent.
Finally the river saw 9 of spade drop which gave the Belgium player a full house. Here, the two-pairs of ‘plus4agility’ were no good and yet he was all-in when Stevens bet 69 BB.
Poker gods were not in the mood to help the player from the Philippines who was left with zero chips. Stevens won a pot worth 209.4 BB and knocked out his rival from the game.
When it comes to WSOP tournaments, GGPoker is currently hosting the much awaited WSOP Online 2024.
