Kristen Foxen shipped PokerGO Cup Event 7 $15,100 No-Limit Hold'em for a payday of $348,300.

The Canadian pro Kristen Foxen claimed the top spot in Event 7 $15,100 No-Limit Hold'em at the PokerGO Cup 2025.

The tournament had 86 total entries which led to the final prize pool settling at $1,290,000. Foxen started the final table as a short stack but eventually nailed the tournament for the title.

Final Table Highlights

The final day began with Erik Seidel, a 10-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner, leading the chip counts, followed by CoinPoker ambassador Leonard.

Foxen lost a portion of her stack early but gained momentum after doubling up with AxKx against Leonard's AQ.

Eric Wasserson was the first elimination of the final table, finishing seventh for $51,600. David Peters exited in sixth place for a payday of $64,500. Phenom Poker ambassador Sergio Aido, who had shipped Event 5, claimed the fifth spot for $90,300.

Seidel exited fourth for a sum of $116,100 after his Queens failed to hold against Farid Jattin's AJ.

Foxen secured a significant chip lead when the game was three-handed, though Leonard narrowed the gap with a key double-up.

Jattin moved all-in with KQ but was eliminated in third place for $161,250 after Foxen’s AQ managed to hold.

Heads-up match

Foxen entered the heads-up session with a 4:1 chip lead over her rival. The final hand saw Leonard move all-in with A♠9♠ against Foxen's K♠J♥.

The board dropped 10♥4♠4♣Q♦J♦ which gave Foxen the win leaving Leonard to settle for the runner-up prize of $225,750.

Foxen's Recent Success

The latest win marks Foxen’s second win of the year on the PokerGO Tour, after she nailed the $10,100 PokerGO Tour Kickoff Series finale in January for $197,625. The PokerGO Cup series will end with the conclusion of Event 8 $25,200 No-Limit Hold'em.
