Details of the 2020 Main Event were announced at the end of last week, with the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and GGPoker hosting a hybrid format of the $10,000 No-Limit Hold-Em World Championship.

For obvious reasons, travel restrictions are in place around the world, and the Main Event 2020 will start on online, with play across two brackets.

For domestic players in the United States, play will take place at WSOP.com, while international players will look to advance by playing at GGPoker.

GGPoker has enjoyed a big rise in popularity in recent months, at least partly due to it hosting the World Series of Poker.

You can join using the GGPoker bonus code NEWBONUS and get the best possible welcome bonus to play with.

Those who advance from the online tables will then move to a live casino to play out a final table, ahead of a $1million finale featuring the winners of each final table. Subject to travel regulations, the final will be played at the Rio Casino in Las Vegas on December 28th. The heads-up winner also earns the bracelet.
