Donald Trump is the bookmakers' favourite to win the 2024 US Presidential Election, with Trump on Monday emerging as frontrunner in the latest US Election 2024 odds.

The former president, who is widely expected to announce a run in 2024, is 3/1 with Betway and global bookmaker Betwinner, with current President Joe Biden available at 4/1 with the same firms.

At time of writing, Biden has fallen behind his own vice president, Kamala Harris, in the presidential betting markets with some bookmakers.

It is unusual for a sitting president not to run for a second term at the White House, but there has been speculation in recent weeks that Ms Harris will run instead of the 46th and current president of the United States.

In addition, Mr Biden would be turning 82 before Inauguration Day in 2025, while Mr Trump would be 78 - almost half a year older than Mr Biden was in January.

Speaking at a rally last weekend, Trump again hinted that he was preparing for another run in 2024, as well as sticking with his running theme about his 2020 election loss to Mr Biden being a "Big Lie".

The former was president was as big as 25/1 with some bookmakers earlier this year to win the 2024 US Election following his second impeachment trial and in the wake of alleged incitement of riots on the US Capitol that left five people dead last January.

Should he confirm he plans to run for a second time, it is largely expected that Mr Trump would win any Republican nomination contest.
