Donald Trump is 5/1 with bookmakers to pardon Rudy Giuliani or Mike Pence before the end of his first term as President following reports that he plans to grant a series of pardons in the coming weeks.

According to reports in the United States, Trump is planning on granting a pardon to his disgraced former national security adviser Michael Flynn before he leaves office.

Axios and the New York Times both reported on the outgoing president’s plan on Wednesday, with Flynn reportedly set to be one of a number of individuals pardoned before Joe Biden is sworn in as the new POTUS in January.

Flynn had previously admitted lying to the FBI about his contact with the former Russian ambassador to the US. He later became a cooperating witness in Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 US Election.
