Donald's Trump's odds of winning the 2020 US Election have been cut in the last 24 hours by Ladbrokes.

At time of writing, it is now 11/8 that Trump lands a second term, while Joe Biden remains the odds-on favourite at 4/7 and is fancied to win 300-349 electoral college votes (7/2).

The betting suggests the Republicans will take Florida (4/6), Georgia (8/11), Iowa (2/5), Ohio (2/5) and Texas (1/3), and the Democrats look likely to win in Arizona (8/13), Michigan (1/4), Pennsylvania (2/5) and Wisconsin (2/7).

Ladbrokes spokesperson Jessica O'Reilly told FreeTips.com as polls opened across the United States on Tuesday morning: "Money talks, and we've had to take the scissors to Trump's odds following sustained support during the final few hours of campaigning."

She added: "Biden remains the odds-on favourite, and despite polls having him streets ahead, punters in the UK just can't get enough of Trump at the prices and seem to believe lightning will strike twice."
