US Presidential Election Odds – Kamala Harris odds-on to be next US President

Harris emerged as the leading democratic candidate after current President Joe Biden withdrew from the race last month.

The current Vice President has seen her odds of taking the top job shorten ever since, and she is now into 10/11 in the betting at Boylesports.

However, the bookmakers believe there is very little separating her and the leading Republican candidate, former President Donald Trump.

Trump, who survived an assassination attempt last month, is currently 5/6 for a second stint in the White House, having lost the job in the last election.

“The momentum seems to all be with Kamala Harris and the Democrats in the US election market,” said a spokesperson for a leading bookmaker.

“Harris is now odds on to take top office in November, having been a much bigger price last month. There is now little separating the two in the market.”
