Corey Oates has earned a recall on the wing with Xavier Coates and Payne Haas expected to back up from Origin. 

Tevita Pangai Junior (suspension) is out until round 20 and Xavier Coates (rested) should return in round 18.

John Asiata (neck) and Patrick Carrigan (knee) are out for the season. Matt Lodge won't play after joining the Warriors on Thursday.

Cronulla Sharks Form

Cronulla snapped a run of six straight defeats with four consecutive victories.

The Sharks got back to winning ways with a 13-12 victory against St George Illawarra before a 38-10 win against Gold Coast.

Josh Hannay’s side kept the momentum going with a 19-18 win against Penrith, letting an 18-0 lead slip before Shaun Johnson’s 78th minute field goal.

Cronulla beat North Queensland 26-24 in Townsville last time out. They led 26-12 with 10 minutes to go before conceding two late tries.
