The Dragons are stuck in something of a rut, losing six of their last seven matches. It has curtailed their season having won four of the opening five games.

Anthony Griffin’s side have lost three straight, going down 44-18 to Melbourne Storm and losing 13-12 to Cronulla Sharks in extra-time.

Their only win in the last seven matches was a 32-12 victory over bottom of the ladder Canterbury Bulldogs.
