Gold Coast have scored 20+ points in five straight games against Parramatta and did show enough last weekend to tell me that they haven’t completely forgotten how to score tries. Take the Titans to cover the short line, the Game Total to go Over and Khan-Pereira for a double.

Wins have been hard to come by for the Titans this season but they picked up a surprise last weekend against the Sea Eagles with a 28-8 victory at home snapping a 3 game losing streak.

Gold Coast are anchored to the bottom of the ladder but have the same competition points as the Eels and Knights above them. Wildly they are only 2 wins (and a heap of points differential) out of the top 8!!

To sum it up quickly, their attack has been shit and their defence even worse this season. Since their round 4 win against the Roosters they have averaged just 18.8 pts in attack and 33.2 points defensively.

Tino and MoFo are named to back up but off the bench from Origin with Tukimihia Simpkins and Josh Patston the two players to make way.

Brian Kelly has been dropped with some poor defensive reads lately likely contributing. Jojo Fifita moves into the centres. David Fifita is listed as 18th man and could feature if an Origin player doesn’t back up or if his fitness looks on song.
