Star half back Nathan Cleary (shoulder) is expected to be out for 4-6 weeks after sustaining an injury during Origin.

Dylan Edwards (foot) is out with Charlie Staines moving to fullback and Brent Naden to start on the wing in his first game this season.

Viliame Kikau (hamstring) has been named in the second-row.

Origin representatives Jarome Luai, Brian To'o, Isaah Yeo, Liam Martin and Kurt Capewell have all been named.

Parramatta Eels Form
