Two weeks ago, Belgium lost 33-5 in Chile, not a particularly good result, but Chile did qualify for the World Cup last year, so they were expected to beat Belgium.
Last week, Belgium were in good form despite a slow start against Paraguay. Three second half tries helped Belgium take a 45-20 victory where their backline showed great promise and the maul also contributed two tries.

Belgium are unlikely to make too many changes to their side from last weekend. Paul Gerard was really good in the loose trip while Matias Remue looked solid at flyhalf.
