After being postponed in 2021, the Women’s Rugby World Cup takes place from 8 October 2022. The tournament is hosted in New Zealand where 12 of the top Women’s rugby nations will compete for the title.
England are favourites but New Zealand can upset the odds especially on home soil. The others are mostly outsiders and will need fortune to fall in their favour.
The opening match of the tournament sees South Africa and France clash. England face Fiji and New Zealand battle Australia later on the opening day.

Women’s Rugby World Cup Fixtures
The clocks go back in the UK at 2am on Sunday 30 October, so the quarter final 3 kicks off at 1.30am but half an hour in the time will be 1am as the time difference to New Zealand changes to 13 hours.
