Both these Australian sides are in good form, but the Force have looked very suspect defensively. I am backing the Tahs’ to win this by more than 6.5 points.

Head to Head

The Western Force beat the Waratahs 27-7 last season, their biggest ever winning margin against the Sydney side.

Waratahs Form

The Waratahs have made a strong start to the 2025 season with two wins in their opening two games. After finishing bottom last season, they will feel very relieved this time around.

In round one, the Waratahs narrowly beat the Highlanders 37-36 at home before enjoying a bye in round two. They came back last weekend, beating the Fijian Drua 29-24, also at home.

This will be the Tahs’ third successive home fixture this season.
