Glasgow vs Lions Predictions
Glasgow were convincing for periods last week and will only improve as the competition progresses. On their synthetic pitch they tend to play a very fast paced game, something the Lions will struggle to deal with. My best bet is for the hosts to win by more than 14 points.

Head to Head
Glasgow Warriors and the Lions have never previously met.
Glasgow have had a decent start to the United Rugby Championship with one defeat and one victory.
On the opening weekend the Warriors went down 35-29 in a very tight contest at Ulster. They did however bounce back on home soil to beat the Sharks 35-24 last weekend.
Glasgow raced into a 21-0 lead against the Sharks but found the going a bit tougher thereafter. At one point the Sharks were within a score of making it a very nervy ending.
Glasgow Injuries & Team News
Glasgow are not expected to make many changes for this match. They will see this as an opportunity to get all five points.
The Lions are the only South African franchise to win a match in the opening two rounds of the United Rugby Championship. That said, they are still considered the weakest of the four unions.
Their 38-26 win against Zebre in Italy on the opening weekend was impressive. Or at least the first half was. In the second half the hosts came back and almost snatched a great comeback win.
Last week the Lions were very good in periods against the Scarlets. A yellow card midway through the second half however saw their chances fade as the Welsh side ran out comfortable 36-13 winners.
Lions Injuries & Team News
The Lions have suffered two injuries at flyhalf with both Jordan Hendrikse and Eddie Fouche ruled out. This means that EW Viljoen will slot in at 10, his first professional start in that key position.
