The 2024 UK Championship Snooker is taking place from November 23 to December 1 in York.
It is the first Triple Crown event of the 2024/25 season at the Barbican Centre in York. It is the 48th edition of the prestigious event.

Format
The tournament sees 32 players enter in the main draw, made up of the world's top 16 and 16 players to come through qualifying.
A total of 144 players will feature across the event with five stages to qualifying depending on ranking of the 128 players involved.
All qualifiers are played as best of 11 frame matches, as is the first round and second round.
The Quarter-finals and Semi-Finals are also played over 11 frames with the final decided over 19 frames.
