Ronnie O'Sullivan is the bookmakers’ favourite to win the 2023 World Snooker Championship, which starts this week.

Following the draw for the Crucible, O’Sullivan is 4/1 to win a record-setting eighth title with Coral.

Mark Selby is next best at 11/2 to lift the trophy this year, with Judd Trump 6/1 and Neil Robertson 15/2 to deny ‘The Rocket’.

“Ronnie O'Sullivan has not played much snooker over the last few months but he remains the man to beat at the Crucible, according to our betting,” Coral’s John Hill told FreeTips.com.

“Victory this year would give him a record eighth success, putting him one ahead of Stephen Hendry's tally.”
