The trilogy fight between Saul Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin will take place on Saturday, September 17.
The WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, WBO and Ring Magazine super-middleweight titles will all be up for grabs.
The pair fought for the first time in September 2017, when they met at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The judges ruled that fight a split decision draw after Alvarez and Golovkin went the full 12 rounds.
They also went the distance in their rematch a year later, although this time there was a winner.
The judges awarded a majority decision draw to Alvarez on that occasion.
