Daniil Medvedev Form
After coasting through his first two rounds, Medvedev was really tested for the first time when he faced Filip Krajinovic.
Medvedev led by two sets, then fell apart. He ended up needing an injury timeout and berating his coach so much that his coach left the court.
Ultimately Medvedev won 6-3, 6-3, 4-6, 3-6, 6-0 to extend his winning streak to 17 matches. Krajinovic is also a dangerous opponent who had won their only previous match. McDonald is nowhere near so threatening.
Daniil Medvedev and Mackenzie McDonald meet in the Round of 16 at the Australian Open on Monday 15 February (match scheduled for 1.30am GMT).
